When you submit the quote form, Paul Health Advisory receives the contact, location, household, current-coverage, preference, and optional note information you choose to provide. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment information, medical records, government identification numbers, or account credentials.

The website uses service providers for hosting, form processing, spreadsheet-based lead management, and customer-relationship management. Website submissions enter a controlled lead workflow. A Ringy-compatible file is created and uploaded manually only when an authorized user chooses to do so.
